Global Knowledge MEA Names New Managing Director, Mazen

- Global Knowledge, the worldwide leader in IT and Business Skills
Training, announced today Mazen Jabri as its Managing Director for
Middle East & Africa. Mr Jabri replaces Melad Ghabrial
who moves with his family to the USA.
Jabri joins Global Knowledge from Cisco UAE
where he started his service with Cisco in 1998 as account
manager. In 2005 he was promoted to Country Manager for
UAE and then in 2006, he was promoted to General Manager &
Operations director for UAE. He has an excellent record of
achievements with Cisco; most notably he helped to drive
significant growth over the past three years and he earned multiple
performance recognitions, the most important of which was Cisco GM
of the year for 2007. Mazen was also instrumental in driving
one of the most important engagements for Cisco Systems in UAE and
Middle East as Cisco became the preferred technology partner for
Dubai Internet City from 1999 to 2005.

Mr Jabri will assume his position at the
beginning of October and will be Located in Global Knowledge’s
Dubai Branch. He will report to Richard Pryor-Jones.
